How it works

Some claim elements can’t be shown from a specification or a datasheet. They depend on which chipset a product uses, how its firmware is configured, or which optional features of a standard it actually turns on. We get that evidence from the product itself.

We tear devices down to identify chipsets, modules and components, examine firmware to see which features ship, and test the hardware on the bench and over the air to show which Wi-Fi, 3GPP or Qi procedures the device uses. Each finding is documented with photos, logs and a repeatable method, and tied to the claim element it supports.
